Shipping, Returns, Billing, Subscription Policies
Orders received before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday will be shipped out the next business
day. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out Monday morning, or if it is a
holiday, they will be shipped out the next business day.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability
of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose,
shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our coffee is non-refundable since it is perishable. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee or there was
an error with your order, we will be happy to help you. Customer Service is available from 9 am to 5 pm
(MST), Monday through Friday and we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us at
email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time given 48-hour notice. We will try to accommodate
cancellation requests with a shorter notice period but make no guarantees of being able to stop an
order with less than 48-hours’ notice due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process.

Credit Card Processing: Just follow the on-screen prompts to complete your order. Please be advised that Nobletree Coffee will not accept pre-paid credit cards or gift cards, as merchants have no chargeback recourse with these transactions, and it is considered an unsecured payment.
