Our Santa Isabel farm serves as the permanent home to seven families and employs 35 other local residents.

One of our most popular coffees is the Dromedaire Cuvée Light Medium Roast. This USA Fair Trade Certified and Rainforest Alliance Certified roast is sourced from our farm in Brazil’s Carmo de Minas region. The Dromedaire Cuvée results in a big-bodied, sweet cup of coffee that is a perfect way to start the day.
The Majestic Medium Roast coffee is a single-origin, traceable micro-lot coffee made up of the year’s finest beans. These coffee beans are handpicked and sun-dried under careful supervision. The refined, sweet flavor of this medium roast results from the grower’s and roaster’s careful and artful craftsmanship and experience.
The Defiance Roast is crafted from 100% Brazilian Arabica coffee beans for dark roast lovers. This coffee roast brews a uniform cup of coffee, highlighting notes of molasses and caramel. The beans are grown in Brazil and shipped to Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York, roasted just before shipping in our vintage, Probat coffee roaster.

The Nobletree Process: Coffee from Farm to Cup
Nobletree Coffee prides itself on supporting local farmers and their communities through the USA Fair Trade Certification program and the Nobletree Neighbors and Friends program. These programs support the livelihoods of the families that live and work on our farms and help make Nobletree what it is.
We oversee the entire process, from the growing of the beans to the roasting, packaging, and shipping of the resulting coffee. By managing the process from start to finish, we can ensure the environment’s longevity, the well-being of our farm families, and a world-class coffee bean.
Once the coffee beans are harvested, they are shipped to our facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY, where the roasting process begins. This process is overseen by our director of coffee and a certified Q grader to ensure that the result is the best coffee possible. We are always continuing to innovate with our specialty coffee association certified teaching lab to continue to produce some of the highest-quality, award-winning coffee available on the market.
